Police confiscate Reza Patent assets in Net89 Trading Robot case

POLICE have confiscated assets belonging to Net89 trading robot fraud, embezzlement and money laundering suspect Reza Shahrani aka Reza Paten. The total confiscated assets amounted to IDR 6.3 billion.

“From the suspect, two cars were confiscated from the hospital, each costing Rs 2.7 billion and Rs 690 million, a headband worth Rs 2.2 billion and a bicycle worth Rs 777 million rupees,” said Karopenmas of the public relations division. of the National Police, Brigadier General Ahmad Ramadhan told reporters on Friday (11/11).

In more detail, Reza Patent purchased Atta Halilintar’s headband at an auction. Meanwhile, the bicycles which were also confiscated by Reza were purchased from Taqy Malik.

Ramadhan also said his party also confiscated the suspect from PT Simbiotic Multitalenta (SMI) with the initials AL. “From suspect AL, a car was confiscated worth IDR 1.5 billion,” he said.

It is known that in the case of the Net89 trading robot, the police named Reza Shahrani alias Reza Patent as a suspect. The suspects are of PT Simbiotic Multitalenta (SMI) with the initials LSH, the founder and exchanger Net89 with the initials ESI, as well as five sub-exchangers with the initials RS, AAL, HS, FI and DA.

Reza Patent and other suspects were charged under Article 378 of the Criminal Code and/or Article 372 of the Criminal Code and/or Article 45(1) in conjunction with Article 28 and/or article 34, paragraph 1, in conjunction with article 50 of law number 19 of 2016 concerning amendments to law number 1 of 2008 relating to information and electronic transactions.
